Las Vegas has so many restaurants to choose from on the Strip. World re-known chefs and celebrity collaborations adorn the the casinos here in town. However, we do lack local favorites that we can call our own. We definitely have seen some improvement over the years with a few local gems appearing out of nowhere. Unfortunately, we still have room for improvement. That's why I am so excited about my newest experience at Poppy Den located in Tivoli Village. Poppy Den's chef, Angelo Sosa, gives a glimpse of his travels throughout Asia in each of his dishes. The food is an explosion of unique flavors and the decor is so inviting. This Asian gastropub has a cool and lived in atmosphere that makes you want to hang out long after your dinner plates have been cleared. They have outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful faux village streets on the lower level and sofa beds on the upper level deck. This is definitely my new local favorite!!!
