 
   
NOVE is an amazing restaurant at the Palms Hotel. The coolest feature is that it is located on the 51st floor, so you can feast your taste buds and your eyes with the amazing views! I enjoyed happy hour at Nove the other day and it was so tasty. Happy hours are so much more prominent since the recession began which allows foodies like me to enjoy the best of the best!
