I recently tried a new Japanese restaurant at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino called Shibuya. The food was exquisite as well as artistically eye pleasing. The manager was kind enough to to share with us that the food was inspired to create a French/Japanese fusion. The menu consists of a bevy of enticing appetizers, followed by main dishes and tasting platters for those who are open to more flavors than myself. I was also impressed with the dessert menu. We ended the meal with a cappuccino inspired tiramisu. The dessert was topped with a foam that was so light and sweet that it cleverly appeared to be a cappuccino. This is a definite must for the next time you are in Vegas.
